We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods) with DHL GoGreen as follows: Goods value up to 40 € = 4.50 €.
From an order value of € 40.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as below:

- DHL GoGreen (2-5 days): 13,50€

Unfortunately we do not ship to Switzerland.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Gyou have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.


You can exchange or return items purchased from fejn jewelry without reason within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot offer exchange of items, we kindly ask you to return them and place a new order.

The right of return only applies to unworn and flawless items. If articles show signs of wear, we can unfortunately no longer take them back. Products from the sale, as well as custom-made products (such as personalized bracelets and engravings) are excluded from the return.

Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging if possible. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. You assume the direct costs and responsibility of returning the goods to us.
We recommend insured shipping.

Complaint Handling

Has your order arrived damaged or is there a material defect? Then please send us an email to info@fejn.com with a photo of the damaged item and the order or invoice number. Within 3 months after your purchase we will do our utmost to repair or replace the damaged jewelry. After that we are happy offer our individual repair service - in the spirit of sustainability. 

Refund of the purchase price

After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price in the same payment method as the purchase. The time of the payment refund depends on the respective payment method and can take up to 14 days. For further questions please send us an email to info@fejn.com .
