Artificial gemstone – how it is made

The production of our laboratory-grown, artificial gemstones is carried out using innovative methods that offer the highest quality. Our emeralds are created using the so-called "flux process", in which high-purity minerals are melted together in a complex melting process and grow into bright green crystals over the course of weeks. This process imitates growth in nature and produces gemstones that are in no way inferior to natural emeralds in terms of their structure and chemical composition.

Our beautiful lab-grown diamonds are manufactured under strictly controlled conditions. We have chosen the so-called "CVD process". In this process, a new diamond grows over time from a minimal diamond core. A steam process with carbon-rich gases plays a crucial role in this.
