The production time for this unique engagement ring is 4-6 weeks. With a personalized engraving, the production time extends to 6-8 weeks.
The ring will be made in your desired size; please enter the correct ring size in the 'Desired Size' field. The ring can be crafted in 14-karat yellow gold, rose gold, or classic white gold. Size adjustments - the ring should rather be bought a bit too large than too small; later, you can secure it with a guard ring or the wedding band. Subsequent, paid size adjustments should be avoided due to the set diamonds: the engagement ring can only be enlarged/reduced by a maximum of one size, e.g., from 52 to 53 (16.5mm inner diameter to 16.9mm) and vice versa.
Returns - Should you need to return your custom-made engagement ring, we regret that we can only refund 50% of your paid sales value. If you opted for a custom-made item with a personalized engraving, exchange/return is unfortunately excluded. In case of an incorrect delivery on our part, we will, of course, refund 100% of the purchase price. We thank you for your understanding!

Solid gold – yellow gold or rose gold
Our “solid gold” jewelry is made from 9 or 14 carat, recycled yellow, rose or white gold and is stamped with 333 or 585. Solid gold is particularly durable and of high-quality. Solid gold jewelry can be worn day and night, and it is waterproof.

We only use laboratory grown diamonds. Here you can find out more about the production and quality of these gemstones.

Our delicate jewelry pieces are handcrafted with great attention to detail. To ensure you enjoy them for a long time, please observe our care tips:
- Store your jewelry as airtight as possible, for example, in the small jewelry box we provide with most purchases. Real silver will oxidize (tarnish black) when exposed to air. This can be easily cleaned: with a special silver or gold polishing cloth, you can quickly restore your jewelry's shine.
- To avoid other chemical reactions and discolorations, please try to prevent your jewelry from coming into contact with creams, cosmetics, and perfumes. Contact with water should also be avoided for the longevity of the products.
- Our gold-plated jewelry, in particular, requires careful handling. Unfortunately, gold plating wears off over time, so we strongly recommend following our care instructions for longevity.
